Isaac
Isaac, a 9-year-old with a heart as big as his naiveté, is always looking out for his friends and the people around him with deep empathy and a sense of personal responsibility and duty to ensure the health and happiness of those he encounters.
Beverly
Beverly is a precocious 10-year-old with the gift of gab, always eager to share her thoughts and observations with anyone who’ll listen (whether they want to hear it or not). She’s driven by an infectious curiosity and a bold confidence well beyond her years.
Russ
Russ is a tall 13-year-old with a bookish look that contrasts with his surprisingly aggressive and confident demeanor. His close-knit group of friends gives him the sense of belonging he craves...but he'd be the last one to admit that.
Lina
Lina, known to her friends as "Lemon," is a bubbly 9-year-old whose cheerful spirit lights up every room—until things get tough. Then she becomes SOUR Lemons, fierce and fearless, tackling any challenge head-on with a grin that says, "Bring it on!"
Dante
"Daredevil Dante," is a fearless 7-year-old who's always ready to keep up with the bigger kids, no matter how wild the challenge. With a sharp mind and a love for puzzles, he's just as likely to dive into a tricky riddle as he is to launch himself off the nearest swing set.
Fernanda
Fernanda is the heart and muscle of the junkyard—an expert with both a wrench and a spreadsheet, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. Tough, resourceful, and endlessly caring, she becomes a steady, nurturing presence for the kids during the summer.
